For Electrical Engineers
– Supervise installation of electrical systems, equipment, and cabling as per approved drawings.
– Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards, safety rules, and project specifications.
– Coordinate installation of power distribution, panels, transformers, and earthing systems.
– Inspect and test HT/LT cables, switchgear, and protection systems.
– Prepare and review method statements, checklists, and test reports.
– Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and QA/QC teams for interface works.

– Review and implement method statements and erection procedures.
– Inspect alignment, leveling, grouting, and equipment foundation readiness.
– Coordinate testing, commissioning, and trial runs of E&M; systems.
– Manage subcontractors, manpower, and material handling at site.
– Identify and resolve site technical issues and interface clashes.
– Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
For Hydromechanical Engineers
– Supervise installation of hydromechanical equipment such as gates, stoplogs, trash racks, hoists, and penstock accessories.
– Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and OEM guidelines.
– Coordinate with civil, electrical, and electromechanical teams for interface activities.
– Monitor fabrication, erection, alignment, and testing of HM equipment.
– Inspect embedded parts, anchor bolts, liners, and sealing arrangements before concreting.
– Ensure compliance with IS codes, CWC guidelines, and dam safety norms.
– Coordinate load testing, trial operation, and commissioning of gates and hoisting systems.
– Manage subcontractors, manpower, and site safety for HM works.
– Identify and resolve site execution and alignment issues.
– Prepare inspection reports, test certificates, and as-built documentation.
